Intuitive Eating Program
Based on the 10 Principles developed by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RD and Elyse Resch, MS,RD, FADA in their ground breaking book Intuitive Eating this workshop will introduce the concept of trusting your body to make the right food choices to discover and maintain your natural weight. By practicing the 10 priciples you will learn what it means to make peace with food, stop yo-yo dieting, and recognize what you are really craving - both physically and emotionally. Begin to create a more healthy relationship with food and yourself by tapping into and trusting your inner voce as you evolve into an intuitive eater:
